REQUIRMENTS DEFINITION

We work with our customers to perform a strategic evaluation of business requirements & needs analysis, processes, and personnel for a 360-degree picture of what is needed. In appropriate situations, prototypes will be generated so our customers can see and touch a representation they can feel comfortable suits their needs.

A business-level requirements document, functional specifications document, and test plan document will all be produced from these steps. If the outcome of our work is to be supported by your team(s), we also review and document your specific technical and/or coding requirements so your team can easily absorb the project once we deliver it.

DEVELOPMENT

Our teams select appropriate project management, architectural and off-shore programming resources to design, code, and test all deliverables. Internal reviews against requirements plus iterative customer check-points allow us to stay in-line with customer expectations and any changes that may occur during the development period.

PRE-DELIVERY DEMO

After we have done some minimal internal QA, a demonstration of the final product is performed to ensure it meets your expectations.

FINAL QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTING

Our QA analysts put the deliverable(s) through the continuous test plans created with your team in the requirements definition stage to ensure our work meets quality standards and, more importantly, your expectations. Our continuous testing process may include “load testing”, user ease of use characteristics and code quality.

USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING/REVIEW

This will be a final hands-on review from your perspective of the deliverable(s). Preliminary reviews and demonstrations should alleviate the possibility of large disconnects in expectations, but any and all changes that might result from this review will be discussed and potentially cycle back through steps 3-5 above.

INSTALLATION

If the deliverables require installation, our teams will be there every step of the way, either executing the installation or working alongside your teams during that process. A “post installation validation” will also be performed to ensure proper functioning of the deliverables in your environment.

TRAINING / KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER / SUPPORT

End-user training and/or documentation will be delivered. Should you wish our teams to support the work, we are happy to create a custom support agreement with you in order to ensure your satisfaction of our products and services.
