On-Site

On-Site delivery services are performed by one or more resources working full time at your location for the entire project or for on-going maintenance, support, or consulting. On-Site services can be performed by our U.S. based or Latin American based resources depending on project need.

On-Shore

On-Shore delivery services are performed by U.S. based resources only. On-Shore services can be performed remotely from our US based offices. On-Shore projects typically include some minimal amount of on-site delivery in the planning and/or implementation phases.

Dual-Shore

Dual-Shore delivery services utilize a blended team of U.S. based and Latin American based project resources. This model is primarily performed remotely with some amount of on-site services and leadership from our U.S. based team. Carpio’s Dual-Shore delivery model utilizes U.S. based project leaders supported by our large infrastructure of technical resources in Brazil, Mexico, and Panama.

Project-Based

Project-Based delivery services require detailed deliverable specifications and allow Carpio to control and apply all delivery resources from its Global pool as necessary. Project-Based services can be delivered on a fixed cost or milestone basis depending on scope.

Staff Augmentation

Staff Augmentation delivery services can be delivered on-site or remotely by U.S. or Latin American based resources based on preference. This model allows the client to handpick specific resource(s) from our team and manage them directly as is typical in staff or project resource augmentation.
