Austin leads groups of delivery managers, plays a key role in defining the customer solution, manages schedules, requirements, and ensures on-time delivery of all Carpio services. Austin is responsible for the software development related activities and deliverables associated with Professional Services utilizing dual shore deployment resources.

Prior to joining Carpio, Austin worked at SciQuest as a product manager. He focused on the company's development & delivery of the Materials Management product line for this leading software and services eprocurement company.

Prior to SciQuest, Austin held several management positions including North American product manager and senior implementation manager for Ultimus, a leading provider of human centric business process management (BPM) software. Austin has more than 12 years experience designing and deploying enterprise-wide solutions, and coaching Global 2000 companies on how to best leverage and deploy BPM software.

Austin studied Computer Science and Business Administration at East Carolina University.
